Yes. BBU’s family classes are online and self-paced, so you can learn from anywhere, pause when you need to and pick up again when you have time.
How are the childbirth classes different?
Introduction to Childbirth covers labor and your birth options. Comfort Measures teaches techniques for staying calm and comfortable in labor, with or without an epidural. VBAC helps families preparing for a VBAC or TOLAC.
What’s the difference between Bringing Home Baby and Newborn Care 101?
Bringing Home Baby focuses on life after birth: postpartum recovery and navigating your first weeks at home. Newborn Care 101 is hands-on infant care: learning to understand and confidently respond to your baby’s needs.
What training routes are there for doulas?
BBU offers Certified Birth Doula Training and Certified Postpartum Doula Training, which can also be explored together as a bundle. Trained doulas can explore cross-certification and recertification.
